Dr. Connor Starr grew up in a small town of Northern New Jersey, before moving to eastern Pennsylvania to attend East Stroudsburg University where he earned his BS in Exercise Science. Upon graduating, he wanted to continue his education, and chose to move to the Finger Lakes Region of NY to attend New York Chiropractic college, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in December of 2018.
As a practitioner, Dr. Connor is highly motivated to inspire his patient’s to lead a healthy, active lifestyle while providing evidence based care that utilizes myofascial trigger point therapy, stretches, exercises and more in order to provide safe, effective pain management. His academic interests include nutrition, neurology, and current chiropractic research.
In his spare time, Dr. Connor enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family. After spending many summers and holidays as a child gathering with family in the state of Vermont, he is very excited to finally be moving to the area. Some of his personal interests include mindful meditation and exercise physiology.
