Sarah received her degree in Education and Development from Keene State College in Keene, NH. After years of working in the education field, she became certified as a Lifestyle Educator through the Metagenics Firstline Therapy Program. Sarah worked for a year in the healthcare field, counseling patients regarding lifestyle changes before having her son in 2015. Because of her desire to help others make long lasting changes, she decided to return to Keene State to pursue a degree in Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition. She is interested in all aspects of health and wellness; and, is especially interested in educating our youth on healthy habits.
She is working toward developing our nutritional/wellness coaching programming here at the New England Wellness Group. Ultimately, she will implement one-on-one counseling to identify your goals and priorities while creating a plan to make changes over time that are manageable with your current lifestyle; and, using meal planning, physical activity monitoring, body composition testing to determine body fat/lean muscle/fluid retention/bone mass/metabolic rate, tailored supplement regimens, and goal creation, Sarah will help you make the changes needed to direct you toward optimal health and wellness.
Common things we hear from patients are that she is kind, approachable, and knowledgeable. She will go the extra step to respond to your individual needs and provide you the education and resources needed to make the right choices about your healthcare and personal health.
