I’m a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience across multiple areas of healthcare. Over the past five years, my focus has shifted toward seeing people as whole, unique individuals—beyond their diagnoses—and helping them understand the deeper root causes of imbalance in their health.
I’m passionate about guiding others to see the whole picture in their wellness journey by providing education, perspective, and support that empowers them to take charge of their health. I recently completed a certificate in Women’s Integrative and Functional Medicine, which expanded my ability to work with individuals through a root-cause, systems-based lens.
As a graduate of the National Institute of Whole Health’s 3-in-1 Whole Health Education® program for healthcare professionals, I’ve developed the skills to guide clients using evidence-based education and behavioral change models—supporting them in becoming active participants in their own care.
I’m a dedicated patient advocate, and I believe that lasting wellness happens when we work together to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
