Choose the right app for your pharmacy

Getting started

  1. Use the official links above to find iPhone or Android download instructions.
  2. Create your account and select the correct pharmacy location. You may need your prescription number and identity verification.
  3. Enable refill and pickup notifications if desired. For caregiver access, use the pharmacy’s authorized family-account process.

A refill request is not a confirmation that medication is ready. Contact the pharmacy for stock, pickup status, transfer restrictions, or help using its app. If a prescription has no refills remaining, it may require authorization from your clinician.

App messages are handled by the pharmacy, not NEWG. For a new prescription or a change in treatment, contact our office. Please plan ahead for refills, particularly before weekends and holidays.

Directory reviewed November 4, 2026. For locations elsewhere, use your insurer’s pharmacy directory to confirm in-network options.
